Love all of the Wildlife

Nice home with plenty of room to spread out for our family of six. To us the most exciting part was all of the wildlife that we got to see, we saw deer all around us. We also saw a red fox, right next-door, there were ducks in the pool. It was very nice. We also saw chipmunks.

A wonderful retreat

First, many thanks to the host for sharing their home with us. The home was well laid-out and nicely decorated, very comfortable and welcoming. The furnishings created a relaxing atmosphere and subtle signage with info and tips about the property made it easy to settle-in and immediately enjoy all of the conveniences, including fast Wi-Fi. This was a great “home base“ for our visit to the area and it provided a comfortable place to reconnect with family who live nearby. This home will top our list for the next time we visit the area.

The seating in the living area was very poor. Neither my husband at 86 or I at 79 could sit in the sofa in front of the TV! No teaspoons at all! I bought some, do you not have them in the US?

A quick stay

We were in town to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday and we shared the house with the other grandparents, a great grandmother and a grand aunt. The house was really lovely. Beautifully kept. Nicely furnished and very well equipped. Gorgeous back yard and pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was rainy and in the 50’s so we enjoyed the pool and yard from the comfort of the covered porch while we barbecued. Our host, Tiffany was very responsive and accommodating. We just wish we hadn’t had such a busy weekend because we were not at the house much! We all vowed to come another time so we could relax and enjoy.

Gorgeous and close to West Point

Fabulous home and perfect for multiple families. We stayed here with one other family and the kitchen is well stocked and house is beautifully decorated. The backyard is amazing and the porch is so relaxing. We loved our stay and will definitely come back when in the area!

The fully fenced yard backs up to a wooded area separating it from the Hudson River. Conveniently located only 5 mins from the Beacon Train Station, with a direct train route on the Metro-North Hudson Line into Grand Central, only 1.5 hours away, with trains departing every hour during off season, and every 15-25 mins during peak season.

Close to all galleries, shops, and restaurants Downtown Beacon has to offer.
