October stay in San Diego

I’ll start off saying this was a nice house and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The disclaimer at the beginning did state it was under remodel so be ready for slight remodel projects. Slight trouble getting ahold of property manager at the beginning but once we did he was great. I’ll note, this property manager had just taken over this property. My only advice is to let the renters know there is no ice maker and water hooked up in the new Frig. Beside that 4/5 stay.

Great home, great location, great host!

Erik’s house is very cozy and nice. It has a homey feeling to it. The location was great! Everything we planned to do while in San Diego were minutes away. Communication with Erik was excellent. During one evening on our stay, the WiFi was out. I texted Erik and he got on top of it right away. Within a few mins the internet company called me and we got the issue resolved. Erik was super understanding. We had a large group staying at his house for my sons marine graduation, and Erik was able to accommodate our big group. Thank you for letting us stay. Would love to stay there again.
