San Diego get away

First time in San Diego. Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and Belmont park and a Starbucks literally next door. Nice patio for outdoor relaxing. Hoping to come back again next year!

Great location

We visited San Diego for spring break and this spot is in the PERFECT location! We have stayed at other places and it always seems to be a hassle to get around. We did have a rental car but didn’t use it until we left for LA. It was so nice to be walking distance to the beach, the bay, Belmont Park and plenty of restaurants! The owners were very quick to respond with any needs. The location is pretty busy late at night, thus it is a little noisy but our kids easily slept through it. Would definitely recommend and will likely book this place again!

Great location

The apartment was so cute and located in such an amazing spot. We have twins that are 4 and every morning we would grab Starbucks and walk across the street to the park for the girls to play. We were able to paddle bordin the bay and lay out by the surf! We will be back!! We will be back!

Place was right in the middle of everything as advertised. It was clean. A few things would make it perfect. Add at least one working clock. (Microwave doesn’t really count.) Double the amount of towels and washcloths, no one wants to do laundry every day on vacation Living room furniture needs replaced,not comfortable. Get an opener for the garage door or at least a key pad lock

All was good. Communication with the host was excellent especially when my bank declined the initial payment believing it was fraud without checking with me. The VRBO platform representative was helpful and the host was very helpful but it took a couple of days of stress to get it taken care of, the host was particularly gracious when I inadvertently overstayed by one night. I would recommend this property for anyone with teenagers who want to have close proximity to all of the happenings in and around Mission Beach not standing at times it was noisy with the traffic.

For a two bedroom mission beach property the pricing was perfect. It is slightly older than some newly constructed properties around. But it is also much cheaper. The bed, linen, kitchen were all great. The garage is very narrow (all of them in this area are like that, so nothing new). So make sure you dont rent a gargantuan SUV. A compact car will fit in.
