This is a beautiful historic home very close to the Texas Tech campus. The home is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The host communicated very quickly when we had an issue with the wifi and it was easily resolved. I will definitely book this home again!

Tech terrace home was fabulous close to so many shopping areas and especially close to Texas tech campus to attend our son graduation. Beds were comfortable, living area spacious and comfortable. Over all thank you for a great trip.

Beautiful home with comfortable beds. Great amount of space for our family to have both group time and privacy. Good water pressure for showers and comfortable temperature in the home even when it was 111 degrees outside.

Second time staying in this wonderful home.We like everything about this cozy and comfortable home. Location is great, home was very clean, comfortable bed, very nicely equipped kitchen and super nice backyard with a pergola. Highly recommend this home! The host checked in to make sure everything was going well which meant a lot.

Stayed with another family for TTU Orientation. Great space for 6 people. Loved how close it was to the campus. Very comfortable, felt like home.
