The Space:
Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

Vacation stay
We found the room to be clean, accommodating and everything was provided as usual for a VRBO.
We didn’t enjoy not having control of the A/C. It was controlled by the unit upstairs that was only occupied 2 nights of our 5 night stay making it a little hot. We did find box fans in the closet to use. I would also suggest providing a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector in the lower unit as well for safety reasons.

Initially was provided the wrong check-in information. Upon check-in in, it was revealed the description for the property was not accurate and would not accommodate our party of 6. Ultimately, the host did make things right by refunding our money while we utilized relocation support through VRBO which has been a hassle beyond description.
