ALL THE DETAILS:
Inside, our BRAND NEW luxury cabin you'll find all the comforts of home and then some. This 3 bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, all on ONE story living), 2 full-baths cabin sleeps up to eight and is the perfect blend of Mid-Century Modern and Boho Rustic Charm. Every detail of the space is a feast on the eyes with all of the designer touches and finishes while still feeling cozy. Our spacious and open chef's kitchen has a large island that easily seats six and is equipped with everything for you to prepare meals, make a charcuterie board and entertain. The Family room is a cozy and comfortable spot to enjoy the gas fireplace, curl up in the corner with a good book, play one of the many board or card games, or if you can't get away from technology you can turn on the Smart TV with all the APPS needed to watch your favorite movies or shows! The console in the family room is loaded with games to entertain the kids on rainy days, and Smart TV are in ALL of the rooms including the front porch!

The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a HUGE walk-in closet. The En-Suite bath is oversized with 4 shower heads and beautiful slate tile. Thick and crisp, white towels, as well as robes, are provided for a spa-like feel. You'll also have direct access from the owner's bedroom to the front porch where you can enjoy the second gas fireplace and conversation area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the am as you watch the sunrise! The other 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the cabin giving privacy.

The back porch features an outdoor dining area as well as a beautiful porch swing and a hot tub! You'll love the hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring!

Whether you're looking for a family vacation, romantic couples getaway, a girl's trip, or a place to make lasting memories, Mountain Therapy is the perfect place to escape to!

Just a short walk from our cabin is the Coosawattee River, so bring your own tubes or kayaks (or rent), and don't forget your fishing poles and fishing license!! It also has picnic tables, a pavilion, and a basketball court.

Don't miss all of the local attractions the North Georgia Mountains have to offer, including apple orchards, local wineries and breweries, antique shopping, water activities, hiking, and outdoor activities, waterfalls, zip-lining, and fantastic dining options, and much more!


We are only 7 minutes to downtown historic Ellijay, where you can dine at local restaurants and shop the many quaint and unique shops. There are many hiking trails in the area and mountain biking is not far away. Also, just minutes away are the many apple houses and Amicalola Falls State Park for a hike on the Appalachian Trail. There is also tubing on the Cartecay River. Don't forget to check out the wineries and the wine & craft bar downtown.

Blue Ridge, GA, is a short drive to the scenic railroad, specialty shops, varied dining options, hiking trails, water activities, horseback riding, zip-lining and more! So much to see, do and enjoy. Don't forget to check out Black Sheep for an amazing brunch!


We are located in the Coosawattee River Resort, a popular, gated community located in Ellijay, GA. With a purchased amenities card, you are privy to enjoying the various amenities that the resort offers. such as : Rec Center with Olympic indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor pools, exercise room, arcade, tennis, basketball, putt-putt golf as well as several areas that you are welcome to fish. We need at least 3 business days notice in order to have the amenity card at the cabin for you. Must contact us via email to purchase so we can update the charge for you - $100 plus tax. It is NON-REFUNDABLE and we cannot guarantee or be responsible for pool or activity closures. Also, note that this is a 33,000+ acre resort. There may be considerable driving distance from the cabin to each of the amenity locations.

As per the rental agreement, you must be 25 years old to book. A valid driver's license for the renter and names and ages of all guests are required to be received within 48 hours of booking.

4-wheel drive is not necessary, but note we are located on a private, gravel road with a slight incline to enter/exit. The driveway is large with plenty of room for parking!

No check-ins are allowed on major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day).

NOTE: External RING doorbells are located at the front door, at the back entrance overlooking the parking area. No cameras impede guest privacy and are there for security reasons. No cameras may be touched, tampered with or covered at any time. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
