About this property
New Beach and Bay Views Large Decks San Luis Pass Pets Welcome
Only a short 2 minute walk to the beach our home is located in the highly desired Treasure Island neighborhood. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and includes luxurious high thread count linens. A state of the art high definition smart TV with basic cable plus netflix so you can watch movies in bed. The bunk room has a set of full size beds with a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and closet.
The chef's kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including spices and cooking oil. We provide coffee, tea and accoutrements for your enjoyment. We also have an array of games for the kids to play and are set up for the little ones too, including a pack and play for smaller infants and toddlers. Childrens plates and plasticware are provided in the kitchen area. Pets are welcome. We have a 50lb maximum weight limit, 2 pet limit and a $100 pet fee.

A Treasure Indeed ‼️
Wonderfully surprised by the Quiet neighborhood & location. The house was very clean & the AC worked great. House was spacious & a great design. I loved the front & back decks. Loved the breeze. The Ocean was more on the green color than normal brown. The beach was extremely private & relaxing. The 25 steps to get into the house definitely kept me on my toes. It was a fantastic stay. My only suggestion would be to break down the bunk beds & have 2 full size beds . Also have the adjoining room with two full size beds instead of a King. We loved it all & the cleaning lady was super friendly! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed it so much. Julie
