Very nice

We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our vacation. Having the beach accessories was a plus. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a stay at the beach. We enjoyed the community pool as well.

The house was clean, spacious and located in a very nice neighborhood. Expansive back yard was a plus for our dog to play. Host was very responsive to all questions before and during our stay. Definitely will plan on returning.

Awesome neighborhood!

We very much enjoyed our stay! It’s a lovely house in a super nice and safe neighborhood! The hosts were easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and answered quickly. We also loved how close to the beach we were and the various beach items they had available for us to use while there! Our kiddos didn’t want to leave! Thanks for a great time!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect for our stay around 10-15 minutes to Carolina and Kure Beach and 10-15 minutes to downtown. The house was very clean when we got there and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was a plus that the backyard was fenced in for our dog as well. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place central to downtown Wilmington and beaches. The owners responded quickly to any of our questions.

Thanksgiving with Family

Really appreciated this pet friendly home within 10 minutes of our family. Loved the garage and DirectTV for Thanksgiving football. Kitchen could use some additional glasses and coffee mugs, plus dishwasher soap, but overall this home suited our needs just fine.

PERFECT FOR GRADUATION FROM UNCW OR EVEN JUST A VACATION!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for my daughter's graduation as we could stay out of all the traffic in Wilmington! It was not too far from Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and shopping. The hosts were awesome! At the last minte, we decided ro stay an additional night and they got back to us very quickly. We locked ourselves out because WE didn't follow the instructions they gave us on how to get in. The hosts were so nice and got back to us quickly. We highly recommend this properly. I know if i go down there again, this is where we will stay!

Amazing Stay!

My family stayed here for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. The home itself was very clean, cozy, and roomy! Plus, its very close to stores and the beach. The property manager was easy to reach to when we couldn’t figure out how to get in. The fenced in property was plenty of space for our dog to run around. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
