Host was very responsive to some issues we had on the property! The communication was fantastic! The property was very clean, very updated. Down a very quiet road. Had some wildlife show up every morning in the back yard. Just the peaceful retreat we needed.

The cabin was very clean and cozy, and much more up to date than the photos showed (I.e. large streaming tv, comfortable patio furniture, front porch rocking chairs, etc.). The location was also great -just a quick six minute drive to see Old Man’s Cave and Cedar Falls. We had a wonderful time and are already making plans to return!

I would not recommend this cabin to older guests due to the access up to the cabin. It is difficult for older guests to get into the cabin.

This cabin has a walkway and set of stairs to access the cabin. Not at all difficult to access. It's surprising that you left a one star review for this, when the pictures plainly show the access to the cabin.

This was the perfect anniversary getaway!!! Such a cute cabin, the bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was clean and loved the little sanitizer cups for the hot tub! It was easy to get to the cabin and close to old man’s cave for hiking. The location was perfect and quiet, with lots of Wildlife to see. The cabin was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the ac worked phenomenally! We will absolutely rent from this host again in the future.

THE CEILING FAN MADE A LOUD NOISE AND COULD NOT BE USED, THE HEAT/AC UNIT WAS LOUD AND MADE NOISE LIKE THERE WAS SOMETHING IN THE BLOWER FAN, THERE WAS ONLY ONE PILLOW CASE ON THE 4 PILLOWS, PILLOWS WERE VERY BROKEN DOWN ALMOST UNUSABLE, HOT TUB WAS NASTY HAD BROWN WATER AND ALL KINDS OF STUFF FLOATING IN IT. THERE WAS NO PRIVACY FROM CABIN NEXT DOOR. SOME OF THESE COULD BE OVER LOOKED, BUT THE FACT THAT WE COULDN'T GET MUCH REST AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE HEAT/AC UNIT TURNING ON AND OFF WOKE US UP ALL THROUGH THE NIGHTS. OVER ALL WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS CABIN ESPECIALLY FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID.

This place is so cute!!! Perfect weekend getaway. Has everything you need. The driveway is STEEP could be difficult getting up depending on what kind of car you have. Close to any kind of hiking trails/activities you’d want to do in HH. The host was slightly hard to get in touch with, but still nice and nothing we needed was urgent. Great stay!!

The hot tub is a little old and outdated and was not very hot when we arrived. There was some dirt in the hot tub but noting major. The cabin awesome its small clean and very home like. The cabin was in the middle of everything we wanted to do so our drives were short. Overall a great place to stay and would book it again for a getaway
