Wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for us (me + 2 adult children + one dog)! It was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, and the property is so unique. You can take short or long walks along mown paths that wander by babbling brooks, through tall pines, across fields and to a river. Although it feels secluded and far away, it’s a quick drive to Cornish and some of the most adorable shops and delicious restaurants along a Main Street. We loved it!

Mountain Getaway and so much more!

We could not of been more pleased with this home. A charming, cozy slice of everything that embodies the allure of Maine. A cozy, well appointed home with everything you need for a comfortable stay for both short term or an extended stay. A long driveway and acres upon acres of woods, offers a true sense of seclusion while being just minutes from a picturesque, small town which offers shopping for basics and some really unique shops. What really won us over was the beautiful, pine drenched property boasting over two hundred acres with a series of well groomed, easy to navigate trails that lead to amazing rolling fields as well as a beautiful lazy river. Our stay was an amazing reset both physically and mentally! Can’t wait to return.

Quiet

Nice very private. The property is huge and the river is quite a distance away. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the water pressure is a trickle. I recommend bringing paper plates! No dishwasher and takes forever to wash by hand. Our dog loved it

Making everlasting memories together

This place is amazing!!! Wonderful for families, pets. Spacious, clean and extremely peaceful. The kids and I watched an eagle hunting in the “Fields”(there’s siblings for different trails). The only things I would say the home could use is a microwave, actual real mop (not swifter sweepers, although great for small clean ups… but will make you cry over spilled milk🤣literally 🤣), and a wire rake for around the fire pit. I’ve also noticed a “pay it forward” type system. We used what was left for laundry supplies (detergent, spray and wash and dryer sheets) so we made sure to leave more for the next family. Also, there were no real cleaners.. so we did pay it forward and left all cleaning supplies at the home. This place is absolutely wonderful. And the man that picks up the trash has 2 amazing k9s worth going out to pet and love. And the long driveway into the woods is so breathtaking.
