The rental was very clean and had everything for a large family to be comfortable for the week. The property even exceeded our expectations with a fully stocked kitchen, dual dishwashers, dual ovens, and even a large ice maker! We were centrally located in Rosemary, with the beach, shops, coffee shops all within walking distance. The neighborhood is exceptionally maintained and the property management was on top of everything! Additionally, we felt the communications that were received throughout the rental process were spot on! We definitely want to rent again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect, the house was clean and beautiful, and check-in was very easy.The layout includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, with one bedroom, the kitchen, and living area upstairs. Just something to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues.We had one small issue when we arrived the garbage disposal smelled like fish, but we were able to easily clean the smell with soap.For beach chairs, we recommend renting through the Rosemary Beach Company and choosing chairs near Walkover A, which is very close to the house.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great Loction

Generally well kept property in great location close to playgound for children and short walk to beach. Also within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location and accommodations. We loved the easy proximity to both the pool and beach. We were very comfortable and look forward to visiting again. The extra bonus of owner beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats was appreciated.

Location was perfect!

We loved the location just a quick walk to the beach - so close and easy! The high ceilings and decor in the home were so nice we will definitely be back. Owner was so fast to respond to any need or question thank you again for a great vacation!

Great location in Rosemary Beach

Great location, especially for families. Quick access to beach and playground immediately outside from door. Access cards to Rosemary beach and amenities. Clean and well maintained.
