No smoking. There is a designated area for smoking of all forms of tobacco on the patio in the backyard. Any traces of smoke inside of the apartment will result in a $250 fee.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the
authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE
PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Any excessive hair left behind will result in a $30 fee.
Please keep body/hair oils off of linens and fabrics.
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
Right before check out, set the wall thermostat to 60 in the cooler months and a/c window unit to 75 in the warmer months.
Right before check out, place all towels in the bathtub and leave all bed linens on the bed.
Right before check out, remove and dispose of all trash into the dumpster in the alley.
Right before checkout, load dishwasher or wash dishes.
Check out is 10am sharp. Our housekeeping team begins cleaning at 10am. No exceptions.
Return your keys to the lockbox at checkout. Failure to do so will result in $25 charge.
If there are any items or parts broken or heavily soiled that are not done by you, please report them immediately to avoid a possible fee for replacement.
