Historic half-duplex that's been recently updated property only a 7min drive or ride on the L to Downtown, 2 blocks from the nearest station. 5min to I25 and I70 for easy access to the rest of the city, Red Rocks, or the mountains. Walkable to restaurants/bars/shops in RiNo arts district while still being in a quiet, residential area. 1 mile to Saint Joseph Hospital, 3 from Denver Health. Off-street parking available or plenty of street parking out front. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Washer and dryer, dish washer, and gas stove in unit. Fenced backyard.
