This single story two-bedroom, two-bath home with den is located in a quiet 55+ retirement community and overlooks an 18-hole par three golf course. A perfect layout for two couples, the home has two wings separated by an open air atrium. This design offers maximum privacy. The home is a quick 3-mile/15 minute drive to Oceanside beaches, Oceanside Harbor and the redeveloped downtown area.
The home features a new kitchen remodel and a spacious living area with glass window wall view off the sunroom. The many windows afford a bright, airy ambiance.
Oceanside is a coastal community centrally located in Southern California. San Diego is 45 minutes to the south and Los Angeles 100 minutes to the north. Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and San Diego's historic cultural Balboa Park are all within an hour's drive. Buses and the Coaster train which runs between San Diego and Oceanside offer easy transportation within San Diego County.
Availability is December 2022 through May 2023 at a rental rate of $3,500/month. The lease specifies a three month minimum and all residents must be age 55+.
