Eichberg this unit is truly a piece of Savannah history. The manor features two ensuites with their own bathrooms and a third bedroom with the third full bathroom adjacent. All bedrooms feature brand new everything including beds, TVs, and bedroom furniture. In the main suite find gorgeous bay windows centered on a brand-new king mattress with fresh linens and posh pillows. In the second and third bedrooms enjoy queen mattresses, new linens, and antique touches that bring out the historical feel of the home. Vaulted ceilings with oversized windows pour in natural light that makes every bedroom feel open and airy. With three and half bathrooms the home provides all the space you need to spread out while preparing for a day on the town. All bathrooms have been completely updated with new vanities, fixtures, and custom tile work. Enjoy a step-in shower in one bathroom and a shower/tub combination in the second bathroom. We loved our stay here! Terrific location, easy parking, and having 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms was key. Fun outdoor patio to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon Aperitif. Communication with the host was wonderful and the home was very clean. We highly recommend this property! Loved it!
Chase was responsive and checked in during our stay. Home was clean. It was great to have coffee and filters in the home. We were a 5 min walk to a Kroger. There are restaurants ,parks and historic homes within walking distance
We loved our stay! Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. It was so nice to sit on the back porch with friends. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and could walk EVERYWHERE. It is the first floor of a two floor building so there was occasional noise from the guests upstairs but our hosts were quite responsive when we brought it to their attention. Would definitely stay here again!
The home was beautiful and in a great location. Nice amenities, and thoughtful touches. Comfortable bedrooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen. Porch was nice to sit out on in mornings and evenings. Street parking was easily found, but nice to know there were spaces behind the house available as well. Host was quick to respond to questions.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was very well stocked and very clean. Loved the high ceilings, etc.Hosts were responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.
The house is as great as advertised in a wonderful location. My friends and I really enjoyed the setup. We especially appreciated the comfortable living room which we used a lot between daytime adventures and evenings out. Chase was also super responsive to all my questions.
Our host made sure we had all the information we wanted about the house and Savannah! The house was very comfortable for our group of four adults and two kids (ages 10 and 8). There were even some games for them!Lovely vintage home! Expect creaking floors!
The split house itself is clean, well stocked, and a good location being only .3 miles from Forsyth park. However the block it is on I would say was a little sketchy. We had an incident with police on property looking with flashlights for an individual who was knocking on doors that faced the alley. I did inform owners of it but never got a response. I would say even a block closer to Forsyth would be a better location especially if traveling on a girls trip. Also the porch shown on pictures directly faces a neighbors house/yard and isn’t very private. The unit next door was an apartment and you could hear everything happening. If none of that bothers you, go for it!
House was clean, cozy, & perfect. Attention to detail for your stay away from home was well thought thru. Perfectly located to everything. Will definitely stay again.
The location was great, very close to most everything in downtown Savannah. The house was amazing and the management was helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and at the end of an action packed day coming 'home' was very relaxing and calming.
I believe I submitted a review shortly after my stay. Since it has now been 5 months since I was there, all I can say is it was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
This property was perfect for me and two friends. It was spacious, located in a safe, quiet area, and made for a comfortable stay. Although street parking was a bit challenging to find in the evening, I’d definitely stay here again!
