Have fun under the warm sun of Florida here at Sunshine Coast. This is a smoke free, pet free home nestled in a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Largo. It can accommodate 6 guests comfortably (max of 8). Short drive to countless gorgeous beaches, minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport and Tampa Airport. Lots of local indoor and outdoor activities to explore, local seafood restaurants and nearby parks. The perfect home for the perfect getaway. We are very hands on as we consider this more than just a business, but our second home. As a matter of fact, our little girl calls it "our number 2". That says it all.

Accessibility is an understatement, being close to the beach is a major bonus, but being close to everything you need is a must.

What makes this property unique

The unique, elegant, classic style of this home have won my heart. The lovely details of the ceiling has to be my favorite. It truly has that charming vibe in and outside of the house. Tropical oasis indeed.
