NOT OCEAN-FRONT AND NO OCEAN VIEW as indicated in listing. Many inaccuracies in the listing and the management company did not respond well to queries. The interior views and those from the balcony did not match the pictures provided in the listing. The two units were supposed to be adjacent condos, but they are not adjacent, as there is a separate living quarters in between them. One unit has air-conditioning and one does not. The dryer vent was disconnected in one of the units, causing dryer exhaust and steam to enter the bathroom where the dryer was. Window blinds in the third floor bedroom were stuck halfway open, preventing people from sleeping in past sunrise. Wi-Fi and TV in one of the units did not reliably work. Cookware needs to be replaced, as all the nonstick coating has been scratched off and is no longer safe. Cleanliness was an issue, with cobwebs notable in the stairs and most corners and around the windows. The windows & blinds could use washing. Decor needs updated and could use fresh paint.Management response to all questions was that they would “look into it.”Asked for partial refund based on the discrepancy between the pictures from our booking and the units that we were provided on check-in, and management company never responded.Be wary if you book this property- ask for proof of ocean view.
