Sweet Park Apartments - next to Europa Park
Sweet Park Appartements is located in the heart of Rheinhausen, in a new residential complex built in 2019. A private parking space in the underground garage is available free of charge.
The spacious non-smoking apartment offers a fully equipped designer kitchen with a dishwasher, a high-quality built-in oven, an induction hob, a coffee pad machine and a kettle. In the living room you will find a cozy seating area with a large smart TV.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head and towels are provided for every guest. The bedrooms are lovingly furnished and have comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space.
The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, the apartment has a covered balcony with seating for mild summer evenings. WiFi is of course available free of charge throughout the entire accommodation.

Perfekt, wenn auch etwas steril
Wir sind öfter 2 Tage im Europapark. Da braucht es eine übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Die hier ist perfekt. Neu, sauber, ordentliche Rollläden, sehr gute Betten, keine knarzigen Türen oder Böden - man glaubt nicht, wo man heutzutage untergebracht wird...
Hier ist alles neu und clean, etwas steril, aber das stört uns nicht.

Bester Ort für eine Aufenthalt am Kaiserstuhl
Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der FeWo von Pawel Henke sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem eingerichtet, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche und das große Bad sind hervorzuheben. Bedauerlich ist nur das quitschende Tor zur Tiefgarage, das genau unter den Schlafzimmern liegt. Der Kontakt zu Pawel war telefonisch oder schriftlich immer möglich.

Modern, sauber, viel Platz
Wir waren mit den Kindern ein Wochenende im Europapark. Haben das sehr kurzfristig geplant. Doch für den Vermieter war das kein Problem, ebensowenig wie der Check in. Schlüsselbox, Code per Mail. Beschreibung inklusive. So macht Einchecken Spaß. Wir kamen wann wir wollten, mussten nichts absprechen. Und die Wohnung: sauber, groß, modern eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und vor allem gab es ordentliche Rolläden zum Verdunkeln. Das ist leider nicht so oft der Fall bei Ferienwohnungen. Alles war top, kein Grund zu Meckern. Jederzeit wieder!!
