Our stay here was divine! Everything was clean, fresh, and in excellent condition. Our first night blew in with a bang, bringing with it the biggest sand, wind, and thunder storm I've ever seen. With the rising sun, we quickly realized the grounds were a mess and the pool was filled with sand. I sent a note off to our host and within minutes a cleaning crew was onsight cleaning the grounds and pool. Our stay was perfect! We can't say thank you enough and we will be back!

Family vacation

Overall this Villa was nice and we had full access to the Mayan Palace. The kitchen and floors weren't very clean aside from that it was a nice stay.

Great experience with a great price for a Puerto Penasco vacation

Very clean place, everything worked perfect , comfortable beds , modern kitchen& bathrooms. About 2 miles from Gran Mayan resort wher we enjoyed all resort amenities . Friendly people, great mexican & seafood. Highly recommended, very good price vs. Staying at the Mayan resort. Thank you.

Golf trip

Great place to stay. Clean, nice pool, great kitchen. Can’t wait to go back. Close to the hotel and golf course. They say the bridge is out, but large trucks drive over it and so did we, otherwise you have to drive around and adds 10 min.

Anniversary Celebration!!

It was everything we hoped for. We are definitely making this Villa our yearly anniversary destination. The pool was awesome as we started the day and ended after being at the beautiful Mayan Palace Resort.

Great place to stay.

Home were better than we expected, updated TVs with app, everything in the house worked perfectly. If you looking for quiet and relaxing stay this is the place. Very accessible price. Exceed our expectations. Easy access to the, I would say private beach at the Mayan palace. Overall was great.

Much better than a Condo

Although not directly on the beach, this spacious house included all the amenities of the Grand Mayan Resort located on the same premises just a mile away. With a private pool, full kitchen, and room for the entire family this private community home exceeded my expectations.
