Cosy, comfortable apartment block "La Felicidad", renovated in 2018. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dénia, 220 m from the sea, 220 m from the beach. For shared use: natural state property, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (24 x 12 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: restaurant, bar. Shop, grocery, restaurant 150 m, bar 100 m, café 150 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station 5.2 km, ferry 4.2 km, sandy beach 260 m. Como en mi casa
Solo eché en falta indicaciones para acceder al parking privado. A min llegada, de viaje pude entrar gracias a una vecina de la urbanización. Para meses menos calurosos se echa en falta una colcha fina, ya lo dejé indicado en oficina. Respecto a mantenimiento aunque nones algo fácil, insistir en tratamiento anticucarachas

Buen apartamento
Hemos pasado 15 dias. El apartamento esta cerca de la playa. La urbanizacion es tranquila y el alojamiento esta bien equipado. La unica pega es que La cocina es pequeña, tiene bastante menaje pero apenas espacio para colocar la comida fuera de la nevera. Denia esta a unos 4 km y no hay buenas aceras para llegar, conviene coche para ir a comprar, si bien cerca hay un super pequeño. En cualquier caso hemos estado muy a gusto y lo recomendamos sin duda.

No era como lo esperaba
Fuimos dos parejas. Al llegar a recoger las llaves no nos dieron ninguna indicación de como llegar a la casa, ni como entrar. Era una urbanización enorme, en la cual había un parking dentro y no nos facilitaron nada para poder entrar. El apartamento esta bastante más lejos de lo que nos esperabamos y necesitabamos el coche para todo. El apartamento estaba bien y la piscina tambien. Uno de los socorristas de la piscina majísimo nos ayudo y nos recomendo sitios donde ir. No lo recomendaria.
