Hot Springs Cozy Cottage - located on Lake Hamilton. Relaxing and quiet surroundings. This beautiful two bedroom cottage is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. A full kitchen equipped with all your basic kitchen utensils. All the bed linens and towels, including beach towels. Outdoor BBQ and utensils. And best of all easy access to a great beach for swimming and sun bathing.
Pet Friendly - $45/Stay Pet Fee will be requested. Covers up to two dogs under 70 pounds each.
Spacious and private, this large two bedroom lake view cottage features a queen bed in each bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa/futon in living room. You will have a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable living and dinning area for relaxing, having meals and/or watching movies. You will have an outside patio area that is great for sitting at the water's edge and enjoying the view, or watching friends and family swimming off the swim dock and pebble beach right outside your door. This cottage is perfect for 2-5 people.

Why they chose this property
Right on the edge of the city limits, Edgewater Resort provides a quite country lakeside setting while also being 10-15 minutes away from the majority of the local area attractions.
There are 10 cottages, from studios up to 3 bedroom, 2 bath, to suit everyone's needs. 5 are located right on the water's edge, the other 5 still have great lake views and easy access.
There are two boat docks, a total of 4 boat slips, plus a swim dock. There is a pebble stone beach for easy lake access and pleasant swimming experience for all ages. There is a great pebble stone sunning area with patio tables and chairs in the common area along the lake for all guests to enjoy.
The property is well maintained and safe, however no lifeguard is provided, so everyone swims at their own risk.
