The view was great. Hosts were easy to communicate with and overall the place was very well kept and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you stay here dont forget to see the sunset, its sureal!

The property had free parking, laundry, dishwasher, air conditioner in the main room only. The view of the ocean from balcony is nice but really good from parking lot with stairway access right down to the rocky shore-great for sunset! 2 mile walk from downtown. Does have rules for pool and quiet time that is enforced - not a party type place, more for a quiet calm environment. Overall very nice!

The view was nice. The parking was easy and the grounds were well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed in terms of towels, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. The only reason we provided a four instead of a five rating is because we thought it had air conditioning, but it essentially did not. The owner provided a portable air conditioner in the main room, but it could in no way keep up with the space to cool it or remove the humidity. When the unit stopped working (after about ten hours of use) due to needing to be emptied, we were told it would be best to adapt and get used to the temperatures of and humidity of Hawaii. If it is important to you to have a comfortable space with air conditioning, do not rent this home. Otherwise, enjoy.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Close drive to Kona. Easy check in and out and great pool! Beautiful sunsets rights on the water. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Kona Vacation

Great location- very short walk to Kona but far enough out of city centre to avoid congestion and noise. Great condo with a very nice deck area, great pool. Super comfy beds. We had a fantastic stay!

Great location

My family stayed here for two days during our family vacation to Hawaii. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The property was exactly as listed and was in a great location. It was nice to watch the sunset from the lanai in the evening and my kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great stay in Kona! This rental was a short drive to many great beaches, restaurants, and shopping! The owners were very responsive when we had questions! They were wonderful! We loved the pool after a day of exploring and watching the sunset in the evenings. We would stay again!
