Patty and Eric were lovely hosts, and their space was the perfect, quaint and comfortable stay for what we needed. The area around the home and quiet. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of fresh linens available to use and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Polly's place is an extremely special place. This is by far the best place that we have ever stayed. The cottage was spotless! The host's are extremely nice and we enjoyed getting to know them. The cottage has everything that you need. They have thought of everything that you could possibly need. The cottage is decorated very nicely. It's also in a great location. Patty and Eric gave us many ideas where to eat and things to do. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We will are already looking forward to our stay next year. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful cottage. You won't be disappointed !L

This property felt like home. The moment we arrived. Hosts thought of everything. We didn’t need a thing upon our arrival. Coffee for morning (and creamer) snacks in a basket AND blue berry muffins in the fridge for breakfast. A quick drive put us at the beach. The Lobster Co right around the corner. Multiple antique and thrift stores. We enjoyed a night outside on the lawn telling stories. AC units allowed us to set the temp for everyone comfort. Very clean, Spacious and felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if we wanted some hustle and bustle. Highly recommend. 5 stars

The Most Wonderful Cottage

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Polly’s Place. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you would need. The extras really made our stay more enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back next year!

Beautiful Rental Near Kennebunk

A wonderful place to stay! The owners are very friendly, accommodating and happy to suggest places to go and places to eat. Great location for visiting Kennebunkport and Portland! Good location for a beautiful drive to drive to Camden as well for beautiful nature trails and historic sites. You won't regret staying here!

A beautiful property close to everything!

We had an absolutely lovely three days at Polly’s Place with hosts Patty and Eric! The home was so well stocked, the place had a fabulous yard for the kids to run in and it was so quiet and comfortable. We loved exploring the area!

This was the perfect spot to stay with my family. The cottage is so cute and very spacious. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were inviting comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space and towels. There's even an outdoor grill Patty and Eric are right onsite and were amazing host. We'll definitely be back it was the perfect home away from home!
