We are a bay front home that is so near the water that it feels like you are on a cruise! Two screened porches, (one bay front and one on the entry side) a wonderful pier with kayak/paddle board launch pad and ladder. We are a private lot next door to an 8 acres of bay front land that we also own.

We welcome your pets (no aggressive breeds). We do have a limit of two pets under 50 lbs.

Enjoy our pool with sun shelf, bench (with a fountain) use the hot tub and when that feels hot, roll over into the adjacent pool. We have extensive travertine decking that flows into our “pool deck” with patio furniture, large out door pool TV walk through to our sugar white sand beach with benches, chairs and fire pit. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $500.00 a week. We have an additional hot tub on our deck overlooking the bay

We are completely renovated home with modern decor, a kitchen with everything you need and top end appliances. Separate laundry room. We have the king/queen/bunk bedrooms on the main floor with the great room and kitchen and both screen porches. One of the unique features of our home is the lower level king bedroom with private entrance and it has its own cooling system. The lower level can be accessed by outside stairs or directly from parking area. We have extensive decks to watch the amazing sunsets that the bay is known for. We are steps from the island bike path and near the crossover to the gulf beach front. How close are we to the gulf front? We are 3 homes to Gulf Beach /drive and then two more to the gulf front. You can truly have the best of both worlds, Bay and Gulf at High Times.

We stay on St. George every year for our extended family vacation and this is by far our favorite! We loved everything about it from being on the water, the pool and outside sitting areas, large kitchen, MIL suite and private, quiet gated community. Bring some storage containers, though, the only thing it's missing. Communication was great too!

We loved all of it! Nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen, good size bedrooms and baths. The pool was beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and outside dining areas. The view of the bay was wonderful and fishing from the dock was a treat. The walk to the beach wasnt too far but with little kids a wagon would be a plus. Our last night we enjoyed smores with the grandkids at the sweet fire pit. Great memories were made!!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. This is our 5th or 6th stay on St George Island and first time with this property. Very much enjoyed the hot tubs and a few days was warm enough to enjoy the pool. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets over the bay that was enjoyed off the dock. It took a few tries to find a public path to the beach as it is not marked and there has been a lot of new houses up since we were last on the island about 5 years ago! The home was clean and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. There was some maintenance done on the septic while we were there on two of the days but the management had sent me a text to alert us and the men were respectful and professional as they worked while we hung out by the pool. I would recommend this house to others!

We have owned and rented on St George Island since 1996. We owned for 17 years the top grossing rental property on the island and sold in spring of 2021. We took all of our skills across the street and renovated an amazing bayfront home with the same amenities. We own the 8 bay front acres next door with only one home on it currently. Privacy, views and an amazing. home.

Why they chose this property

This property has it all. I owned on the gulf front for over 20 years. I discovered the amazing bay (across the street) where you can truly have it all. I can still go to the beach, but what I love about the bay is I can paddle board, kayak, swim in the bay, jet ski and fish. It is just an amazing and the sunsets are stunning.

What makes this property unique

We have all one level living with the exception of one king bedroom which is on the ground level and you enter through its own entrance.
