This stay was perfect for our family of four! The host was extremely accomodating and communication was immediate. The pool was within ten feet of our back deck. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced outside of my home. The VRBO is a two minute drive from the highway and four minutes from downtown Davidson. Extermely nice and safe area. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was so beautifully decorated and felt very homey.

Nice property but smelled like cigarettes. Our son and daughter in law have a 4 month old and they refused to stay with us in the condo. Ruined the purpose of renting the place. The owners were very nice and apologetic, even offering to refund if we wanted to leave. We stayed but weren’t able to enjoy any time together with the baby in the condo.

I am very sorry for your experience. As you can see in all other reviews this complaint has never been mentioned by another guest. I do want to mention that you rented the condo for only 2 persons, and that your and your wife’s names were the only ones listed as overnight guests by you on your signed rental agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors that we share walls with, due to the noise that comes with frequent crying (that understandably comes with infants and toddlers) you can see that children under 2 are not allowed overnight, and only 4 guests total are allowed to stay overnight, therefore allowing them to stay with you would have been a clear violation of our rules and your signed agreement. As you mentioned, I did however offer a refund, which you declined, and an offer to bring an additional air purifier for the condo, but when I did not hear back from you again after our one phone conversation, I assumed that maybe the issue had resolved itself, especially when I went into the home after you departed at your originally scheduled time, and I noticed that there was no smoke scent at all in the condo at that time. Once again, I am very sorry for your experience, but I’m just not sure what else I could have done to make your stay more pleasant.
