Enjoy Lake Norman in this beautifully renovated condo overlooking stunning Lake Norman Marina, near great restaurants, and shops. We are a little different in that we pride ourselves on not only providing our guests with a beautiful and comfortable place to stay but also helping to provide the best vacation experience possible. Our goal is to provide a space and experience that not only makes you to feel at home, but also a bit spoiled! This unit sits in a quiet complex with a view of the lake, steps away from the pool (but please see important new complex pool rules and exceptions below).

Located across the marina and just a few minutes' walk from popular North Harbor Club Restaurant, The Cottage which is a wine bar and store, and The Cabin which is a cozy bar with wonderful craft cocktails and often has live music. On the complex site you will have access to new pickleball courts, tennis courts, a park walking trail, and a lake boardwalk to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. It’s just a little over a mile into the town of Davidson where you can visit Davidson College, and many quaint shops and restaurants. This complex also has the best and easiest freeway access in the area. This unit boasts of comfort and is well appointed with nice kitchen dinnerware, appliances, accessories and your basic coffee and cooking needs. Comfy beds (beware firm bed lovers, ours are definitely on the softer side, and somewhat high off the ground) smart tvs in each bedroom, a cozy living room with swivel recliners, a wood fireplace, and large smart tv, a well-stocked bathroom, and wonderful views from the back patio. Stocked with many games and books for guests to use and enjoy. This is a bottom floor unit, but there are 8 steps down into the unit, and unfortunately has no elevator.

An additional agreement with specific house rules and expected behavior is required of all guests. This agreement will be sent via Docusign after bookings are accepted. We require guests to complete pertinent information, sign, and return to us with a copy of state ID in order to confirm identity within 48 hours of receipt in order to maintain reservations. Reservations may be cancelled if these items are not filled out, signed, and sent back with 48 hours of receipt. Access to the unit will not be granted without signed agreement and proper ID. If you would like to see a copy of the agreement before requesting to book, please message us through our inbox and we would be happy to send you a copy for review.

This is a strictly non-smoking of any kind or vaping unit, inside or outside. No pets are allowed inside or outside the unit. We ask that you don’t ask for exceptions. We love pets, have our own, and we believe you when you say that your pet hypoallergenic, and is the cutest and most well-behaved pet on the planet, but not everyone’s pet is, and no one wants to stay in a unit that the world's worst behaved pet has been in. In sincere consideration for our guests and home, which include our many guests that reportedly have severe allergies and asthma and need the guarantee of a smoke and pet free home, and also in order to maintain the furnishings and the integrity of the unit, we have chosen to be a pet and smoke free unit.

Important info on the complex pool:
The complex pool is not heated, and is typically open between May 1st and the end of September. Although this information is true, we have no control over the complex pool and cannot guarantee that the pool will be open during your stay no matter what time of year. Important new complex rule! Guests staying for less than 30 days, are not allowed to use the complex pool. This rule has been set by the HOA, we are not in agreement with this new rule, but need our guests to know that the rule exists. Other basic and standard pool rules apply.

As the condo's owners, we are friendly, very hospitable, and eager to please, but if you're grumpy, rude, and overly picky, then we respectfully ask that you please, keep looking elsewhere. We will bend over backwards for our guests and do whatever is reasonably possible for them, but no place will be perfect for everyone’s very specific and differing personalities, tastes, and comfort levels, so please don’t expect utter perfection, with this unit, or any other. You can see by our almost exclusively 5 star reviews here and on other platforms, that we provide our guests with a wonderful place to stay and overall experience, but it’s just not possible to please every specific personality completely.
