Welcome to Your New "HAPPY PLACE" on your Island get away!

This lovely Townhome has been completely updated with new appliances, flooring, etc. It is one minute from the Santa Rosa Sound and four minutes to the most gorgeous beach in the world. It can comfortably sleep 5 people. There is a washer and dryer available and an outdoor shower. The view from the balcony of the bridge leading over to your new "Happy Place"! It features the longest Fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico (over 1/2 mile long). Ample golf courses, restaurants, bike rentals, and fresh seafood.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is such a nice home and in a very good location. My daughter and friend had so much fun riding the bikes that were provided and the chairs were so nice and comfortable to have to take to the beach. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Randy and Joyce's Happy Place! We enjoyed the beach, sound, and visiting the seat turtle center. The host is very responsive, welcoming, and helpful. This property is so conducive to relaxing! We loved the front patio, watching the boats come in as we drank coffee in the mornings. The back patio was great as well. Joyce and I have been living in the area for many many years, and seen lots of changes. But one thing that has never changed is the way the beach summons you and then comforts you!
We want to share that experience with you.

Why they chose this property

We believe that experiencing Island life changes the whole beach get away vacation. Once your settled in, you can walk to the beach and to live music and dining. Everything is just a foot step away from your new Happy Place.

What makes this property unique

Our small community is made up of fishermen, military, and lots of beach bums. The military has three installations here, comprising C-130's, F-35's, and of course the most awesome Blue Angels. When in town the Blue Angels fly to practice twice a week, and if you drive to Fort Pickens you can watch a private show of them practicing.
Our fishermen bring us fresh Grouper, Swordfish, and lots of Gulf Shrimp, sold locally.
