Various Phoenix Mountain Preserve trails are nearby and the Cave Creek Multi use path only half a mile away. Plus, it's only 20 minutes from Scottsdale Quarter, and 30 minutes to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Home has plenty of room for multiple families and dedicated two-person computer workspace.

We bought this house in 2022 so that we could be able to visit our daughter who is attending college in Glendale. We love Oeste Retreat and want to share it with others.
Why they chose this property
The home is very centrally located and is close to Glendale. Established neighborhood that is close to golfing, swimming, bike paths etc. Its out of the main city of Phoenix, but close enough to get anywhere in town.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a Taste of the West. We took advantage of some of the decor already in the home to bring some of the southwestern and western theme to life. Gorgeous original wood floors, and wood ceiling gives a unique feel to the home.
