Keuken : zeer slecht uitgerust Kamers en kasten : zeer muf. 1 badkamer ok 2e badkamer : veel te klein Zwembad en terras : enige punten die ok waren

Huis verouderd

Het huis is binnen echt aan onderhoud toe. Oude wT viezige keuken vooral afzuigkap was vies. Matrassen niet comfortabel. Douchecabine stuk putje loopt niet goed door. Buiten 2 ligbedden stuk parasol met scheur kussens op ligbedden vies en oud. Veel serviesgoed heel fijn. Zwembad was heerlijk. Veel opbergruimte in slaapkamers.

Ideal en familia y con mascota

Estupenda ubicación. A 2 minutos a pie supermercado y a 15 minutos el paseo marítimo y playa. La piscina un 10. Para una familia con mascota muy recomendable. El wifi por momentos con no muy buena banda. En el baño pequeño y en la cocina se cuelan muchos mosquitos.

Nos costaba bajar a la playa y salir a dar un paseo. La casa, sobre todo la zona de la piscina, es un paraíso agradable y cómodo en el que uno puede pasar las horas tranquilamente. No le falta detalle, está todo limpio, la zona de barbacoa es también una pasada. En fin, queja ninguna

Sehr schönes Haus + Garten leider fehlt die nötige Pflege. Laute Hunde Gekreische von den Möwen die alles verunreinigen.

Digno pero anticuado.Habia muchísimas mosquitas pequeñas x todos lados,sobre todo en la cocina,no se podía dejar ni un segundo nada fuera,nos las encontrábamos incluso en el cepillo de dientes,la nevera pequeña,la encímela es eléctrica y tardaba muchísimo con lo k dificultaba cocinar.Para tirar la basura estaba muy lejos.y las parrillas de los aires acondicionados estaban negras.lo bueno la ubicación

Estuvimos 2 semanas en la casa y todo bien, lo mejor la piscina la ubicación y el trato con Interhome que nos resolvió un par de problemas rápidamente. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el estado de los colchones, estaban muy deteriorados

Agradable estancia, buena ubicación y exteriores

Bien ubicada, cerca de supermercado,y 15 minutos andando a paso tranquilo con el crio ,la playa. Se a hechado de menos algun aparato mas de aire acondicionado por las habitaciones o ventilador de techo.Aunque dejando el de la sala encendido refrescaba algo las habitaciones. La tv solo se ven canales de la parabólica,podrian poner 2 sistemas de antena. Por lo demas la casa esta genial y hemos estado a gusto y el niño se lo a pasado genial en la piscina.y un acierto q permitan ir mascotas.jardin

La villa est idéalement situé au cœur de Calpe, proche des plages et des supermarchés. Les jardins sont magnifiques, grande piscine (même si elle perd ses carreaux), l'allée peut facilement accueillir 4 voitures. Côté intérieur, c'est tout à fait convenable pour des vacances bien qu'assez sombre dans les chambres. On sent bien que la maison n'est pas de première jeunesse mais elle reste très bien équipée. La salle de douche est vraiment petite. On notera la présence de la climatisation UNIQUEMENT dans le salon. Pas l'ombre d'un ventilateur dans les chambres. C'est pas top avec un bébé ... Le lit " king size " (2 matelas de 90) est à ressort. pas vraiment confortable ! La rallonge du congélateur ne fonctionne pas, prévoir une prise multiple !
