Great Boat Vacation

This hpuse is extremely nice. It has a pool for the kids after a day out on the boat. It is right down the street from family. Has everything we need for a great vacation. This is are secound time renting it. Has everything. We already booked it again for next year!

Great house with a pool

We stayed with 2 other families when we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. Short walk to the water, great area and super comfortable beds. We had a great weekend. Great place for teens. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in Charlestown!

This home was great for me and my 9 friends. There was plenty space for everyone. The neighborhood is beautiful. Places to eat right across the street and beautiful views all along the bay! I would definitely rent this home again in future!

Baseball Tournament

Two families shared this house for a baseball tournament. The pool was perfect after the hot days and games. The ride to the park was around 20 minutes. We were able to cook meals, swim, and have a comfortable stay while out boys play lots and lota of baseball.

Wow!

Pool house by the North East River was everything we could ask for and more! The house was spotless…we knew the moment we walked through the front door we picked the perfect home to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. Rooms were comfortable and up to date. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Owner supplied all linens, towels and even pool towels! Pool was refreshing and well kept. The property was beautifully maintained. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family getaway

My family/extended family of 10 enjoyed an amazing long weekend at this home! We were attending a reunion and needed a place to stay close to the venue. Once I saw the pictures, I decided to turn it into a long weekend getaway and couldn’t have been more pleased! The home is more than spacious, very clean and complete with amenities. The pool was a hit with my children and we all loved the outdoor area set up for relaxing and grilling. The neighborhood is quiet. Places to eat are walking distance. And a stroll by the water is relaxing. We would stay here again!

Gem by the lake

This property was beautiful. The property is walking distance to the lake and there is a restaurant with live music directly across the street. The house was clean with the exception of spiderwebs everywhere but that's to be expected due to the location. My family was here for a reunion and the property was very spacious. We hung out by the pool and what we called the fish bowl. This was the only thing that was not a 10 for us as it was very open with little privacy as there were no curtains.

Overall it was a great vrbo- clean rooms, very bright and sunny. The location was awesome, such a peaceful town very close to the bay. Everyone loved the pool. There were some issues with the flooring- in some places it felt like you were going to fall right through the floor. The other issue we had was that there is no privacy from the rest of the house in the upstairs bedroom. We really appreciated the blinds on all of the windows but would have loved not having glass doors to the rest of the house.

My family rented this house because my grandson had baseball games at Cal Ripken fields. This was a much better choice than booking four small hotel rooms. The drive was about 25 minutes from the house to the fields, so not bad at all. It was great to come home to the huge pool after the games. The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of cabinet space for our food. The dining room table had enough seats for us to enjoy dinner together. There were plenty of bath towels and plenty of pool towels. Check-in was simple and there was plenty of parking for our cars. The host was easy to work with and quickly answered any questions that we had.

Fabulous!

The only detriment is the brightness in the morning in the master bedroom due to the skylights. Perhaps a bit of coverage would be helpful.
