This was the second time we stayed with Golden Maple. The apartment is impeccable and the management goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The area is well lit and safe, convenient to downtown Floyd and very comfortable. Dont think I would consider any other Vrbo when in the area. We really love this apartment!!

The upstairs apartment was in a safe area. Easy to walk into downtown Floyd, and the grocery store. It had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Really enjoyed the Crooked Road Experience and wineries in the area.

The accommodations were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location . The only improvement I can think of is the stairs leading up to the rental were wobbly and they were kind kinda water soaked.

This apartment is clean, spacious and lovely. However, it is on the second floor and guests must use a steep outside wooden staircase. Taking luggage up and down is only for the agile! The entrance was difficult to find with very little signage and no directions given in the VRBO ad. The apartment door is towards the BACK of the building and then one must look up those stairs to see it.We had trouble getting inside because we were told the door lock was “offline.” The owner, however, was quick to help us on the phone find a key in a lockbox.Inside, the apartment is comfortable. The shower is quite good. We appreciated that there were plentiful towels. The owners have provided detergent for the washer. But there were only 3 hangers for 2 bedrooms. The toilet did not seem to have a strong flush and it backed up on our 2nd evening there.

If you love Floyd then you will love this place and how convenient it is to everything. The place was very clean and I loved how it was decorated. Definitely a very cozy place.

We loved this wonderful upstairs apartment down a hill from the action in downtown Floyd. It was so well stocked and the owners have it set up just like I would do it with everything you need for a cup of coffee to a full meal.
