About this property

Welcome to Penny's Place on the lake! A quiet house in a rural setting 5 minutes outside of Charlevoix. A beautiful and calm lake is across the street. This lake is great for fishing or kayaking. Across the street there is bike path with beautiful scenery.
We will have WI-FI in May of 2023!

Penny's Place is 3 bedroom and 1 bath home. Inside it is spacious with lots of natural light during the day. Through out the house are a variety of unique knick-knacks and houseplants Penny had aquired throughout her life. There is a fully functional kitchen with dining room table. The living room is cozy and perfect for board games.

It is located 15 minutes from Boyne City, 30 minutes from East Jordan, and 15 minutes from Petoskey.

We do have security cameras on the front and back entrance to ensure property safety and guests' safety.

Cozy house

Just had a one night stay with girlfriends. Beds were comfy and we loved all the house plants throughout the house. The host was amazing at responding quickly to communication. House is perfectly situated between charlevoix and petosky and wineries are close as well!

This place had such a relaxing feel to it. We felt right at home here. Beds were comfortable. Having games for the guest was a brilliant idea. Thank you again for letting us stay!

Fantastic

Easy to tell this is a well loved house, not just a quick ikea-stocked property. Love all of the house plants, they look wonderfully cared for. Easy access, roomy, quiet, comfortable, everything we could want. A bit of decor on the mailbox would have helped finding it, but it still wasn’t difficult. Everyone had a great time, incredibly thoughtful to leave some toys, the youngest loved that and we loved that he was busy playing. Maybe bring a couple extra blankets when you stay. Overall would definitely recommend: comfortable, clean, safe, and well lit.
