The apartment Ambria "Verde" in Świnoujście enjoys great popularity among our guests. It is located in a guarded housing estate called Platan Complex, built in 2010. This highly modern residential area in the spa town of Świnoujście is surrounded by a large park with plane trees, hence the name of the settlement.

It is a very spacious apartment with bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. This oceanfront apartment also has a very nice terrace. Ideal for shorter and longer stays alike. Fully equipped. Its total area is 47 m2.

The German-Polish border crossing and the Baltic Sea are just 700 meters from the Ambria "Verde" apartment. Right at the housing estate, where your apartment is located, is the largest playground in Świnoujście - loved by all children! You will also find such stores as Biedronka and LIDL. Adults can enjoy a cup of good coffee at a nearby café while the kids have fun in the covered playground. For travelers there is the UBB station, which will take you to Germany.

Wie immer, haben wir uns in Swinemünde sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern gereist. Die Größe der Wohnung war vollkommen ausreichend. Einziges Manko, die fehlende Duschwand an der Badewanne.

Alles in allem ein gelungenes Urlaubserlebnis

Die Wohnung war sauber und ist nett eingerichtet. Die Terrasse weicht etwas von den Bildern aus dem Inserat ab, da die Hollywood Schaukel nicht vorhanden war und sie etwas bewachsener war. Alles rundumher ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Urlaubserlebnis.

Das Appartement und die Ausstattung sowie die Kommunikation waren top. Allerdings waren auf dem Sofa sehr viele Hunde oder Katzenhaare, so dass wir hier nochmals nachsaugen mussten.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie in der Anzeige. Alles ist vorhanden in der Wohnung was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar in der Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 15min. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Kommunikation ist 1a es dauert nicht länger als 1 std und er Antwort über FEWO bin mehr als zufrieden. Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
