Mexico Point Ranch

The Mexico Point Ranch is the perfect getaway just 2 minutes from the Mexico Point State Park, Boat Launch and beach. Directly across from the Marina's where almost all of the Lake Ontario fishing charters dock and just a 5 minute drive from multiple state parks with kayaking, fishing, ATV trails hiking and more. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River for the Fall Salmon run and with many options for snowmobile trails in winter. Enjoy the outdoor playground from a luxury home!

The house was beautifully renovated in 2021 and with a massive driveway there is even space for those with trailers. Entering from the front door you're just across from the huge Master suite has a King bed with full en suite bathroom and a pullout loveseat if you need an extra bed or some reading space. The second bedroom, which is also huge has a queen, full en suite bathroom, and little reading bench by the window. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is at the other side of the house, with its own entrance and provides a Queen bed, with a nearby 1/2 bathroom and closet. To the right of the entrance, you'll enter a fully renovated Kitchen with a dining space. The gigantic ranch living room offers load of natural light, with comfortable couches, floor to ceiling glass and skylights. Beautiful to be in any time of day or night. It’s also equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more). The living room also has a sliding glass door out into the Garden and grill area.

There is a deck with furniture available to use outside that’s ideal to relax and enjoy the space, along with a fire pit and grill. To the other side of the living room is the mudroom, which is where we ask you to enter the house when you've been out enjoying the outdoors for the day. We provide hanging rails for dirty coats and waders and a shoe rack for your shoes and boots.
