About this property
On the rivers edge, the ideal spot between town and RMNP! License #6203
Two bedroom, two bath, light and airy condo. Open to responsible couples and small families, you’ll love the location of this end unit two bedroom, two bath condo literally on river’s edge.
The Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is just 1.5 miles west with downtown Estes Park 3 miles to the east. A peaceful wooded setting with the sights and sounds of the river flowing by. The condo comfortably accommodates for a guest, but it’s also perfect for a couple wanting a little more room.
Easy access to major roads and streets makes this a great choice for a winter getaway. You will enjoy the elk and other wildlife who frequent the river corridor and pass through the condo grounds.
The interior is warm and bright with mountain rustic furnishings. Enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace while watching the river flowing by.
Spacious bedrooms – bedroom on main level features a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom is a cozy loft space with plenty of privacy, queen size bed and features its own bathroom en suite.
Quality stainless steel appliances highlight the well-stocked kitchen. Lots of glass along the front of the unit look out to the deck and beyond to the river. Additional amenities include WiFI, electric grill, washer/dryer.
Being one unit in a two unit building – which is detached and on the opposite side of the river from the rest of the small complex – means you’re going to experience a more peaceful stay than you’ll find in a larger complex elsewhere in the area

Wonderful stay! Constant sound of running water, beautiful views out the window, cabin was cozy. We enjoyed the deck and the fireplace and having the Park only five minutes up the road. Recommend!!!
This was a perfect stay for us. We enjoyed the scenery and outdoors during our stay. The cabin was very well stocked and beds were comfortable. Close enough to town to grab a few groceries or shop. Owner was fantastic! We will be back.

Thanks for being great guests! I hope to have you back.
This place was great! Clean and in working order! Kitchen was well equipped. There were absolutely no issues, and the host was great too! We just loved the wood deck that was next to Fall River. Made for some very relaxing evenings setting creek side. Even saw elk on several evenings and of course chipmunks. All this and only a few minutes from town and a few minutes from the RMNP gate. Yes, I would stay here again!

Thanks for being great guests, it was a pleasure to have you back!
A cute little condo, stocked with everything you need, located just outside of town. It faces a stream and away from the road. We saw several elk while we were there, and visited RMNP, which is literally less than 5 minutes from the property. I stayed with a friend and would definitely return to this property if taking another trip to Estes Park.
Great place. Comfortable. Had everything you might need. Nice deck overlooking stream. Great location so close to RMNP. Great host. Would definitely stay again.
This lovely condo felt like we were staying at a relative’s vacation property. It was fully equipped and the bed was super comfy. All in all a first rate experience. Very close to park entrance and Estes amenities. Burbling River outside the door was lovely!
This was a great rental.. we go to Estes at least 3 times a year and this condo is our new favorite!! Clean; great layout; close parking and close to town… very quiet!!
Close to town but just far enough out that you feel secluded and truly in the mountains. This condo has a wonderful spot right on the river, was so clean and checked every box. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for two couples with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Well appointed with cute cabin decor & a nice outdoor deck looking out on the river. We came to visit RMNP and this location was very close to the entrance. Would love to stay here again!

I'm a Colorado native and have had the pleasure of calling Estes Park home for over 20 years. I love the history and scenic beauty of this wonderful town.
Why they chose this property
My grandparents built a cabin in Estes Park in the 1950's and my family has continued to live and vacation here ever since. I am thrilled to offer this sweet condo to others wanting to enjoy and explore Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The river, wildlife and tall pines make this place special. The location is ideal-located between town and RMNP.
