Located directly on the beach of the Gulf, just waiting for you to come and enjoy the surf and sand! Perfect home for reunions, large get togethers, or families seeking space in an upscale setting with unparalleled beachfront access. Most rooms have en suite baths. Sleeps 22. Pool. Awesome decks! What more could you ask!?

This immaculate two story home has spacious decks. In fact, each bedroom has a deck. The large great room area is close to 900 square feet with decks facing the gulf. There is a carport underneath the home provides covered parking with a storage unit and an outdoor, enclosed, shower and an open, outdoor shower.The house also features two outdoor picnic tables. Seafoam has a shaded pool underneath, perfect for children or those looking to avoid too much sun.

The large, open kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and TWO refrigerator/freezers, and custom-made cabinets. The home also offers televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, a washer/dryer, and ceramic tiled living and dining rooms and baths. The entire house is beautifully decorated and features a stain glass window in the stairwell.

PARKING
Plenty of off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. Really more than you should be driving to a home that sleeps this many!

POOL?
You bet. Private pool. Sheltered under the home. Great respite from the heat! It is primarily a rectangle with outside dimensions and depth of 22x11x3-5' Rectangle

WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 250Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!

SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.

PETS
We do consider well-behaved canine furry friends. This requires owner pre-approval, and is subject to a pet fee (currently $250 per pet). Please inquire.

No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

We had another great trip to your properties. This was a return to Seafoam. It truly feels like out home away from home. So many great memories of family and friends from so many years! Beautiful home right on the beach. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked kitchen, plenty of parking and quiet location, but within a short drive to restaurants and shops. Our family loved it. The only thing I would mention to potential renters is there are a lot of stairs to get to main level so unloading luggage, groceries may be a concern for someone not able to do a lot of stairs.

Highly recommend!

Our group (7 adults and 2 toddlers) really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the beach are amazing from the first and second floors. The little ones really loved the shaded pool. Rick was always responsive and helpful from booking until checkout. This was our group's first trip together to Gulf Shores and we certainly hope not our last. Highly recommend!

We loved Seafoam!!! In fact, we booked it for 3 weeks next year! Had a great time - great weather - great food - great time with Mark's mom & dad & sister. Seafoam is a terrific house in the heart of West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. Great layout. Great beach. Expansive views from the deck. A favorite among our family friends for a great balance of features, location, and affordability.

Why they chose this property

What makes this property unique

Seafoam is in a great beachfront location on West Beach, about midway down, and before you get to the Calloway Bridge. Seafoam is a favorite of our family friends and snowbirds! In fact, no, you generally can't get Seafoam anytime from December to start of April, but then its fair game for all. Very very full with repeat guests, so if a slot is open, lock it down!
