The Champa Pool Home

Welcome to this great 3/2 Ranch Style pool home on a 0.3 acre lot in Central Location of Tampa. This home provides a-lot of amenities for a big group looking to have a fun and exciting time. If you want to throw a private event in this home we can coordinate something but will cost more. Security cameras are in place in the front door and side yard, there is no cameras in the backyard/pool area.
Other things to note
Garage cost $35 to use and it comes with washer and dryer as well unlimited washes

Also the pool has no light in it but can be see clearly with patio lights

The descriptions is accurate. This house was perfect for my family. Plenty of room and sleeping. The pool was nice just wish there were lights outside since it gets dark so early. I would definitely recommend this place. The host had great communication. Only complaint was that his cleaning lady showed up an hour before check out and just walked in the house without knocking. Then she sat outside and waited for us to leave so i felt rushed.
