TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

I’m Thomas, my wife Suzanne and I are artists/ musicians with an 11 year old son , a Vizsla and Weimaraner dogs named Star and Moon and a small flock of hens. We fell in love with Athens over the years and finally moved down from Upstate NY. We absolutely love everything about this city and are happy to provide a peaceful studio for other travelers coming through town.
