We had an awesome stay at this DTLA VRBO! The location was perfect — close to everything downtown has to offer, from great restaurants to fun spots to explore. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Our stay was great! The check-in and check-out process was clearly explained and very easy to follow. The host was a fast and thorough communicator, which made everything smooth from start to finish.We really enjoyed the amenities, and the included parking was very much appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and having a washer and dryer available was a huge plus. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay — we would happily stay here again!

Check in was very straightforward, the location is good with activity and choices you can walk to. Parking is convenient but across the street so allow time for everything if necessary. Rooftop is great and peaceful. Building is well kept and clean. Follow the clear rules. Don’t expect to have company or invite visitors… no party spot. It is great if you are from out of town and want to have a relaxing time at the location. It’s close to freeways and main streets so it makes navigating Los Angeles nice. The information provided is very helpful if you get confused ( I do) lol. Host communication is amazing and direct. No need to worry about anything because it’s all clear and simple. I would stay again!!

My 19yo son and I spent three nights here during his Spring break. The unit was clean and just as described. The view from the rooftop pool and hot tub is amazing! The location is perfect for exploring downtown LA. There is a concert venue right next door as well as a restaurant and bar on the block, so the street can be noisy, but that was not a surprise. Check in process was mostly smooth, but I had some difficulty finding the parking and figuring out how to use the parking fob to get in to the parking garage. The owner responded quickly, even though it was 2am, and the front desk attendant was also helpful. I would stay here again if I were visiting LA.
