Our cozy home is centrally located in Dyersville, IA, home of the Field of Dreams. Our house is newly remodeled and ready to host. We offer 2 beds/ 1 bath and a sofa sleeper. Our little home is perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeklong business trip stay. We are minutes and walking distance from downtown Dyersville where you can find many shops, restaurants, bars and walking trails. We are located 4 miles from the famous Field of Dreams site and walking distance to the city park.

Remodeled one level home to fit your needs. Small and cozy right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood.

This was our second stay at this property. Location is perfect for our visit with our children who live in Dyersville. They’ve added a nice outdoor dining table and fire pit since our last visit. Linens are very nice. This is a very pleasant property with a great front porch!

Kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook. The house was very clean and super cozy! We really enjoyed all the local places to shop and eat. It was also fun being so close to the Field of Dreams they had various baseball movies and books as well as board games. Perfect location for Dyersville baseball tournament

Spent 2 nights here for our son’s baseball tournament and it was a great find! Baseball fields, downtown, grocery store all minutes away by car and 10-20 walking. Home was clean and neighborhood was quiet- would highly recommend!

We were in Dyersville for the Field of Dreams Baseball tournament and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! We were close to all of our games and loved the baseball themes throughout the house! Andrew was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location to baseball fields we played at. Great neighborhood with close proximity to most of our needs with children (eating options, coffee shops, ice cream, and city swimming pool). This house was great for a quick weekend adventure Super clean and comfy. Very close to many things to do. The Field Of Dreams, Chad’s Pizza, the Basilica is beautiful and the winery was fun. and a short drive to Dubuque for more things to do.

Cute house close to downtown Dyersville. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The home is located in a quiet residential area. The owners were quick to respond and great to work with.
