Welcome to the newest build in Dyersville! This sleek, modern condo is located just 4 miles from The Field of Dreams movie site, MLB stadium and soon to be completed youth baseball complex. We loved this property and its location. The facility was very safe and clean, and the condo was immaculate. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and I would highly recommend this for anyone.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped (TV, bedding, bathroom, utensils, etc.). The instructions were clear and well thought out. The location is great. It is within 1 - 2 blocks of restaurants, the Basilica and the Field of Dreams Museum. The condo was also very quiet.

Very clean, close to restaurants, easy check in. Check in at 4 is a little late, wish it was at 3. The only negative is that it's right by the train tracks ans the train came every day early in the morning.

Weekend baseball trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful , very clean and safe. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Convenient location to field of dreams,walking distance to several restaurants and shops in a downtown area including Creamery and Brewery. Host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, beautiful unit!

We were on a NE Iowa brewery ‘crawl’ to celebrate my husband’s birthday. One of his favorites is Textile in Dyersville. This unit was perfect for us as it over looks the brewery and is steps away from the downtown area. Couldn’t have worked out better for the end of our day! Everything was as listed, the property is new, the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will stay again and will recommend it to our friends.
