I grew up on a farm in Northeast Iowa and still live in the area. I started hosting with a property that we own near the Mississippi. I loved it so much that I bought this property specifically for a short term rental.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it is centrally located in Dyersville, and it is close to all of the ball diamonds. A large number of our guests come to town for the baseball tournaments, and this house is perfect because you can easily get to all of the ball parks from here. It is also close, so you can come back to the house to relax between games.

What makes this property unique

Along with the close proximity to ball diamonds, this property is also close to all of the other area attractions, including the Field of Dreams and the Basilica. The house itself is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The main floor features a full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and one and half baths. The basement features a large family room with a bar area, a fourth bedroom, and other half bath. Outside is a large patio area that includes outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit. There is also a basketball hoop and a large play set for you to enjoy. There is a one stall attached garage that is available for your use, as well as a large driveway that will hold up to 4 vehicles. This property is the perfect spot for your group to gather during your stay in Dyersville.
