Sunroom Bungalow with view of wooded area and parking for truck and boat. Feels like luxury camping. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, Lake Fork (10 miles), Lake Quitman and Mineola Nature Preserve, and much more. This is not a house. It's separate building/solarium comparable to a hotel room or mother-in-law suite. It has mid size refrigerator and microwave oven. Does not have kitchen, washer dryer or dishwasher.
