Full bath. Reliable high speed internet. Property outside the apartment is monitored by security cameras. New interior furnishings all in splendid condition. Spacious storage closet for extended stays. Self check in and check out.
Guest access
Access to apartment is drop off and pick.. Abundant street parking is available 150 feet from the studio up the private driveway. There are 15 stairs and two landings leading to the small patio and entrance. Property is located mid-Mercer Island which is flat for walking and offers easy access to the main road and to the freeways..

This is our home and we take pride in it and in maintaining our property. The studio is private for you and we ask that you respect the privacy of our gardens, yard and home. Our property is secured with a monitored alarm system and there are multiple security cameras on the property for your and our safety. There are no cameras inside the studio unit. We have no children or animals.
