Its a short 4 minute walk to beach walkway.
Near by restaurant, convenient stores an adult beverage walking distance.
Wrap around porch and view of beach from front porch. Lounging chairs around the porch with outdoor pillows.
Outdoor activities provided BBQ pit with sitting.
Bedroom one has Queen bed and bedroom 2 has a daybed and twin bed. Also there is a sleeper full size sofa. Linens and towels provided with some hygiene items.

This is a lovely, well kept property that was exactly as advertised. Me and my best friend spent a week enjoying the beach and bay side and had a great time getting back to nature. The house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and stocked with all the essentials. I would definitely book this house again.

Family of 6 vacation

This was a perfect little place to stay. 2 rooms ,sleeps 6. Good size kitchen with plenty pans and utensils to use, full fridge. Loved that there was board games and plenty of towels avaliable. Definitely felt very welcoming and like you're home.

Lovely accommodations and lovely host. I texted the him some questions about the area and he responded in real time. Very kind and attentive. I felt like I made a friend.Lots of extras: full kitchen, spices and condiments on hand, smart lighting, washer and dryer. Also, we had an ocean view and it was a quick walk to the beach.We had a terrific vacation!

Amazing little get away with the sweetest hosts!!

Adorable, and well set up beach house!! Micheal, our host was an outstanding communicator and beyond kind anytime I had any questions. The home was clean, well stocked and easy to find. The door knob did take me a moment to figure out, but I did have three young excited children attempting to help me! We unfortunately, had to leave two days early due to the hurricane and Michael’s primary concern was not his home, but rather my family safety! We need more humans like him! We will be back to stay again and are so grateful that we had such a kind, considerate and well prepared host!

My wife and I want other people to enjoy vacations at the beach in Surfside beach Tx at an affordable price. Everything one could need is furnished.

Why they chose this property

It's a short walk to the beach, 4 minutes. Quite a safe neighborhood with a partial view of the ocean and wrap around covered patio with plenty of chairs, even a hammock.

What makes this property unique

The covered wrap around patio is great for coffee in the morning or adult drinks at night.
