House by the river

This house is in a nice location by the river away from the city. It is large and roomy. We had some issues with cleanliness but Vacasa remedied them and after that we were satisfied.

Nice house, but...

A nice house, nicely furnished, pretty well maintained, but the "yard" between house and river is not so well maintained. Fresh sod had been laid down, but never watered. It is totally dead! Dry straw. Access to the river is difficult because the brush line along the river has never been managed. Perhaps that is on purpose to prevent small children from falling into the river and being swept away. There is a ping-pong table in garage, but no paddles or balls. WiFi worked well. Parking is adequate for 3 vehicles.

Family Vacation

The house has a very nice layout, and was very comfortable. You are right up against the Florida River at the back of the house which is very peaceful, and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a home phone there thank goodness because our cell phones wouldn't work, we have Cricket carrier which uses AT&T towers. The was a few issues, we went to cook supper on grill and there was no propane, it is hard to reach Vacasa, talked to 2 representatives, 1 hung up on me when I ask to have a bottle brought out, the other was friendly and helped, but bottle was brought the next day messing up dinner plans. We were going to take bottle to be filled but it is padlocked to porch, so be sure to check when you arrive if you have full tank. The keyless door has a mind of it's own, sometimes works perfectly and other times you have to enter multiple times. This home was close to so many beautiful places, and great towns to see. Overall liked the home, thank you for an amazing 2023 vacation!

Amazing home

I love this home it is amazing !!!!! Wished they had more towels we had family of 9 staying and we didn’t bring extra towels we went and bought some but it was ok. Overall you will love this home it has everything fishing spots was amazing…we just came back from Hawaii and was disappointment….
