Lovely condo

Very nice condo in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Anything you could want is within easy walking distance and is 1 block from the beach. Miguel Sanchez, the property manager was great - easy communication and very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Relaxing condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta

Once again, our stay at this condo was fantastic. From our check in with Miguel Sánchez (knowledgeable and professional) to the friendly security and other staff in the complex, all of our questions were answered. We appreciate the kindness of the host for providing this space in the heart of PVR. There is no doubt that we will be back soon.

Amazing Views

Location was awesome! So many great restaurants, bars, & shops right outside front doors. Less than 10 minutes to the beach. Great pool, views and pool deck, although warning to all the pool deck is extremely slippery!!!! Condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Lobby staff very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo near the beach. Beautiful pool area. Condo could use more household supplies. Only 2 bath towels & wash cloths for 2 ppl with 3 night stay.

Zona Romantica Condo

Great location. Very nice building. Modern. You can walk to everything. Pool on roof is well-done and comfortable. Construction across street is only drawback. We would return again gladly.

We stayed for a week in Daniel's condo and we had a good experience. Our host was very communicative and helped us through every issue and question we had, promptly. This unit is as pictured and as described, the roof top pool is absolutely breath-taking! Condo is closed to all lgbt friendly nightlife as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in the heart of the city

The condo was exactly as it was presented on line. The condo was tastefully decorated, had all of the necessities and served our needs well. We especially enjoyed the pool area with a beautiful view of the scenery. We felt so safe in the building with the concierge manning the front desk and helping to answer questions. We found Miguel Sanchez to be very accommodating from helping us secure the condo, checking us in, and providing all of the information needed to support our stay. We highly recommend The Park if you are traveling to PV. Thank you also to Daniel for allowing us to stay in your relaxing condo- we enjoyed our time there so much!

Beach Goers Dream

Location, location, location. While the room is rather basic it met all of our needs for a comfy stay. However, a minute walk and you were at the beach. Another minute and you were at the boardwalk! We had ice cream about 10 times in five days as it was right outside our door. I have never stayed somewhere so close to everything I wanted to do. I am used to schleping all of my beach gear a ways, or paying a fortune for parking, when here we only had a few steps to take. I had been deciding between Malibu and Venice - I am so glad I chose Venice. The vibe is amazing and there is just so much more to do! The host contacted us multiple times to make sure everything was OK. He was a great person. I would go back in a heartbeat!!!
