Summary:

Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be closed until further notice. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.



The Space:

This pool front 2B/2B has plenty of room for the whole family to spread out after a day at the beach, sight seeing or even a game of tennis. This updated condo will make you never want to leave! Located just minutes from Port Canaveral, Dinosaur Museum and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Easy access to the complex pool with hot tub spa, beach, parking, tennis, and basketball. Luggage carts are located near the elevator. The amenities at this resort complex provide something for everyone to do.

This floor level rental was perfect for our family! It was a great home base and allowed us to easily come and go to the beach. If we come back to vacation in this area, I would rent here again.

Poolside Paradise, an oceanfront complex, was one of the more disappointing rental experiences we have had.We arrived late after travel to find the condo at **86F** with a locked Nest thermostat. We attempted to contact the host by phone, text, and app messaging, but did not receive a response until the following morning. Sleeping in that level of heat was impossible.We also observed **roaches throughout the condo** and **dirty dishes in the cabinets**, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the unit.The following morning, the issue had still not been resolved. By 11:00 a.m, the thermostat remained locked. Around 11:45 a.m., it was unlocked and we set it to 72F before leaving for the day. When we returned, the owner had remotely changed it back to **78F and relocked it**. After additional messages, it was unlocked again; however, even when set to 70F, the condo never cooled below **75F**.The listing advertised beach chairs and equipment, but only **three rusty, dirty chairs** were provided.The host acknowledged the issues and indicated she would try to get us a partial refund, but we did not receive it.Given the cleanliness concerns, temperature control issues, and remote thermostat adjustments during our stay, we cannot recommend this condo. There are many other options available in Cape Canaveral.

Location, Location, Location

Such an easy stay and owners were very responsive to text and accommodating to check in times and check out. Easy access and just lovely condo with plenty of space for our family of 5. Right next to the pool and just a short walk over to the beach. Nice to have full washer and dryer to come home with clean clothes! Would stay here again if in the area 100%.

Prefect Location

This unit was perfectly located next to the pool and the beach entrance for our family. The pool has a lock so our 5 year old couldnt sneak in, but was easy access with the adults. In unit washer and dryer were so great so we didn't have to pack so much for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Paradise by the sea

Our stay was only a week long but we could have stayed much longer , everything about this ground floor condo was awesome, lots of room, location was awesome, beautifully decorated, pool hot tub, was awesome, quite, friendly people, beach couldnt get any closer, parking never an issue, if you want to enjoy Cocoa Beach this is the place to stay. 5 stars no doubt.

Diamond in the rough

The location was perfect. Two of the 3 exits were locked and or blocked off- a serious fire issue to me. There were dead bugs, live bugs including small ants and large ants. The dining table had crusty food in drop-down leaf, food and fingerprints on dining room lamp shade.

Hi Montana, we would like to address the concerns you brought up in this review. It was directly after Hurrican Helene and that is why the pest issue was worse than usual with the unit on the 1st floor. The HOA sprays for pests bi-weekly and it will not be an issue going further. When you brought these issues to our attention, we replied with 10 minutes and offered to have our maintenance team come by to address the issues, and you declined. You then asked for a late checkout, which we could not accommodate unfortunately and seemed to be an issue, but it was not something we could make work. I truly hope you enjoyed some aspects of your stay after Hurricane Helene.

Short Spring Break Getaway

Nice little place on the ocean for a getaway for my son and I. Had what we needed for a comfortable few days. Easy access with coded door lock, check-in and out were easy. Close proximity to restaurants/grocery store. Area is a little touristy given how close you are to the port but we had fun. Couple things to point out that are more preference than issues, weaker water pressure in the master bath wasn't what I would like and the listing makes it seems like there is a slider with direct access to the pool...not true, it's really just a small space fenced off from the pool...not a big deal given pool access is literally steps away from the door but pics in the listing don't accurately show that. All in all...a nice place to stay, the shortest of walks to the beach from the backdoor, well appointed for a family vacation.
