Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Beautiful 14th Floor Condo!

The bright and tropical condominium offers large windows and expansive views of the Emerald Coast. Relax in the living room offering cozy furniture. Gather around the media center for low-key fun! Entertainment options include a 55-inch high definition flat screen cable TV, WiFi, and a DVD player.

Doors off the living room lead to the gigantic 40-foot patio. Sip cocktails and watch the sun set, or start each morning invigorated with fresh air and views of the sea! Beyond the living room is dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra seating with a breakfast bar, and every major appliance needed to whip up a fresh seafood feast!

Offering two bedrooms and two baths, includes room for eight. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite (includes patio access), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living room and a day and night chest that pulls out to a queen size bed in the dining area. Additional home features include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a condo unit parking space.

Stroll to the beach for sunbathing, building sand castles, and swimming in the clear waters, then explore the city which offers wineries and nightlife, shopping along Pier Park, and family attractions like the Gulf World Marine Park.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

The condo was nice and although clean inside the balcony was not. The balcony floor was filthy and the chairs were not the best. The dishwasher did not work and the door fell open a few times when we were not even near it. The doorbell cover was missing, we did not need it but it made it look uncared for. The toilets did not flush easily, took a few times on occasion. But the view was fabulous!

As first time vacationers, going to florida. The condo that we rented wasnt good. Lots of issues. I have many pictures. There was mold, the dishwasher wasn't working, the light switches were faulty, the door bell was broken, the bathroom fans weren't working, the bed comforter was dirty(must not get washed), the washer had dirty rags in it since who knows when, and the room smelled horrible, the curtains were stained, the tub was dirty, etc.

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and as always we love the location. It is very convenient to local restaurants and the traffic on this end of town is much better to get around. Loved the beach chair service and the beautiful beaches.

We are thrilled we chose this condo for our family! It was a very spacious, clean condo with all the amenities! The beach was steps from the elevator and we loved the inclusive beach chair service! We were able to check in early (2pm) which was awesome but then was double charged for our early check in fee. We tried reaching out and were unable to get a hold of the rental agent so management of the facility reached out to them and they refunded us most of one (out of two accidentally charged) early check in fee. Tried reaching back out to ask why it wasn’t a full refund and still can’t get ahold of the rental company. Management on the property were asked if they could help and seems like only one employee knows how to get ahold of them but wasn’t there other then that first day we asked for assistance. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and perfect, other than the floors were gross. Covered in sand and if you walked around barefoot your feet turned black. We had an infant crawling on the floor so this was disappointing to us. They also only provided one roll of extremely thin toilet paper for each bathroom which BARELY lasted with only 2 adults using them for 5 days. There was not an extra trash bag either unfortunately and would have been nice it they had left a second bag to be used. They also required the Bed to be completely stripped including pillow cases and put in laundry room which was weird to me as I’ve never been required to do that! Of course they also required the dishes loaded and trash to be taken out. The beach was well groomed. The chairs and umbrella on the beach was nice but with littles it would of been nice to have them spread out a little more.

So, we arrived just as Bike Week was ending, what an exciting event to see and hear! All was in readiness for us, the condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens and necessary paper stuffs for bath and kitchen, our thanks to the great staff! Pools and grounds are well kept. THE BEACH WAS HEAVENLY!

"Ok" stay

The condo was very spacious and had nice decorations/layout. But, the washer was covered in mold inside the silicone lining to the point you could smell it when the washer was opened, breaker kept going out in the smaller bedroom, floor was extremely dirty and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. For the price paid, I believe cleanliness was the least to expect.
