Staying at this property exceeded our expectations! The property is very modern, clean, and has friendly and competent staff who helped us navigate Las Vegas attractions. The accomodations are 5 star and our family had a wonderful stay.

Check in staff was excellent and everyone we encountered while there was so friendly and welcoming. There were 7 women on a girls trip to celebrate a Birthday and we rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath Presidential Suite and it was truly perfect for us all. It was clean, had every amenity we needed, our view was breath taking and we were all very happy with it.

Vegas trip

Room did not match the photos. With that said, the room was still nice, and the facility had great amenities. The staff was very kind, and personable. The location to the strip was fairly close, and the shuttle service to the Paris Casino was a great bonus.

Girls trip

This was a girls concert trip to celebrate my friend beating cancer. Upon check in the concierge talked us in to signing up for the ‘sales pitch’ in the morning. We went to it and it was awful. They made my friend who just beat breast cancer cry and it was a high pressure terrible experience and they lied! Never ever again!!!!! Shame on them. Not worth the saved

Nice property - host was lacking

First of all the property is beautiful and the Wyndham staff couldn’t be nicer. Loved the location and amenities. Nice resort! The suites are lovely. Our issues were with the host and owner - we were not given the suite we reserved and paid for. After booking months ahead, we were informed a few weeks before our stay that our suite was no longer available. So they offered to split our party into two smaller suites. This alone wasn’t bad. However the rebooking process was laborious and the host was slow to respond and confirm details. We were given conflicting information and the host was difficult to reach. There was no way to contact the host by phone, we had to rely on email and texting. It was too much work for me even though it worked out in the end. I would stay at the resort again, using a different host or reserving directly with Wyndham.
